PHILOSOPHY
We try to run a moral and ethical business so, unlike others, we don't download and claim the product 'our own, most of our work is unique, but we also interpret 'classic' designs.
Along with our standard range, we can manufacture to any size, within reason, POA.
All metal parts are, whenever possible, made from UK steel, and are laser cut and finished in West Yorkshire. Any wood is from sustainable sources
We re-use packaging material, and any bought packaging is recycled and biodegradable.
5% of sales are donated to local charities staffed by volunteers.

We make every effort to ensure that the images displayed are as accurate as possible, but due to the way computer monitors display colour, this may not accurately reflect the colour of the item and, as our products are hand-made they all differ slightly.
PRODUCT USE
All our products are for display purposes only and are not appropriate for children.
PRODUCE AVAILABILITY
We stock smaller items, but many of our products are custom made, and may take a few days (or even weeks) for delivery and, if requested, we will give estimated delivery times, you are obligated to purchase all custom items ordered.
Although we endeavour to provide you with the item requested, occasionally we may be unable to fulfil an order, in this instance, you would be informed as soon as possible and given the choice to either wait for more stock to become available, cancel the order or order a different item.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any products without notice at any time.
PRICES
All prices are in £ (pound sterling) and, unless stated, include P&P.
Due to the varying cost of materials prices are subject to change without notice. If a price changes, you will be contacted before your order is processed, and notified of the correct price. You will then be able to cancel, or proceed with, the order.
ORDERS
On receipt of your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail that your order has been received, but we reserve the right not to process your order following this acknowledgement and accordingly we would notify you by e-mail if this is the case.
Our acceptance of an order does not take place until despatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made. If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by communicating that wish to us. If the order has already been despatched please refer to our Returns Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us and may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
PAYMENTS
Full payment is required before any goods can be dispatched. All online transactions are via Paypal, but we accept Personal Cheques (subject to clearance) and Bank Transfers.
DESPATCH
When orders are despatched, we notify the client giving any relevant details.
Insurance is not included, if required please notify us prior to purchase so it can be added to your total.
RETURNS
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Distance Selling Directive.
Defective items will be replaced, but we will not refund for incorrect purchase or change of mind.
All goods returned must be in original condition and the customer is responsible for the cost and risk of loss when returning goods.
Refunds will be made excluding all P&P cost, within 30 days.
We cannot accept returns of any goods that have been personalised with additional customisation.

Entire Agreement
This agreement supersedes any prior agreements or arrangements which have subsisted between us. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update and/or revise these Terms and Conditions, at which point they will become immediately effective. Please check periodically for changes.
